Reporting Procedures
Reporting Unethical or Harmfull Practices by Credentialed MembersNACCFI has established a means in which the general public can report allegations of unethical or harmful practices by NACCFI credentialed members only. To be effective this process must be fair and balanced and based on accepted rules of evidence and investigative procedures with the presumption that the subject of the allegation is innocent until shown otherwise beyond a reasonable doubt. The disciplinary review procedures, rules and regulations outline the process for reporting an allegation of unethical or harmful practices, and the steps that the NACCFI review committee will take to ensure that the allegation review process is fair and balanced.
